Why was Disability Cocoon created?
Put simply, our founder saw a need that fit in his mission and passion.
Why we created Disability Cocoon:
tech will play a key role in solving many of our industry's biggest challenges,
tech will enable amazing possibilities for the people we support
new tech companies were going to struggle navigating our complex disability system
the I/DD community a consolidated and neutral place to turn to for all things tech

We saw a need, and thought we would try to leverage our experience to help push the industry towards a “tech first” mindset. Out of this, Disability Cocoon was born in July 2018.
